Databank is set to reopen its branches after announcing a shutdown in December 2022.
The Fund management company, Databank is set to reopen branches after a shutdown which was announced in December last year, 2022.
Databank was shut down in December last year due to physical and verbal attacks launched on their staff by some clients.
After their shutdown, they were operating digitally not in a physical structure as it used to be.
The company during the digital platform engagement on 7th January, 2023 sent an email and text message to their clients notifying them of reopening the branches physically again.
The message to their clients on the above-stated date reads “will apply a phased approach to re-opening” its physical locations.
Business will resume across the following independent branches located in Accra, Cape Coast, Ho, Koforidua, Kumasi, Sunyani, Takoradi, Tamale, and Tema on Tuesday, 10th January 2023.
In addition to the above-listed branches, their co-locations with GTBank and UBA branches that are located in Ashaiman, Accra, Kasoa, Tarkwa, Wa, and KNUST will also commence operation fully come 10th January 2023.
