Dr. Bawumia and Samira have no moral right to ask for votes in Rama Town – Haruna Iddrisu

Minority Leader in Parliament Hon. Haruna Iddrisu
The Minority Leader in Parliament Hon. Haruna Iddrisu jabs the Vice President of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife Samira Bawumia saying, they have no moral right to seek for votes in Rama Town in the upcoming general elections.
According to Haruna Iddrisu, Dr. Bawumia and his wife described and branded Northerners and Fulanis as Aliens during the Registration Exercise. “During the Registration, they said you were not Ghanaians, now it is election time they are asking you to vote for them. Does it make sense?” He queried. “Imagine I, Haruna Iddrisu, am a Ghanaian and my mother who gave birth to me is not a Ghanaian according to the NPP. So I should guarantee for her to become a Ghanaian when she is the one who gave birth to me”, he further retorted.
John Dramani Mahama makes Six (6) Promises to the People of Wa
The Minority Leader in Parliament, Hon. Lawyer Haruna Iddrisu said this while unveiling a novel Campaign Strategy at Shai Osudoku that could compliment the general effort of the National Democratic Congress for victory in the December 7th elections. Touching base with the people and making the party hierarchy accessible to give the people a sense of belonging is the new campaign strategy deployed by the Minority Leader in parliament, Hon Haruna Iddrisu.
The Tamale South MP has been spreading his political utility to benefit other constituencies, and yesterday was the turn of the Shai Osudoku Constituency in Greater Accra. The level of enthusiasm among NDC members and supporters soared a notch higher when the Minority Leader stormed the Constituency to touch base with the people and deliver the message of hope from H.E. John Dramani Mahama.
“Agyapa Mineral Royalties deal is a Rape of the public purse” – Joshua Hamidu Akamba
The Minority Leader together with the Parliamentary Candidate, Madam Linda Ocloo, who also doubles as the incumbent MP, took close to four hours, touring the Constituency to whip up support for the NDC in preparedness for the December 7th elections.
Following the program schedule, the team had a fruitful interaction with the Market Women, proceeded to pay a courtesy call on the Zongo Chief, the Dodowa Traditional Chief and later addressed Youth and Women Groups at Rama Town, a typical Zongo Community in the Shai Osudoku Constituency.
The program was so impressive that many NDC members were of the view that the Minority Leader must consider replicating this great expedition in some other Constituencies in order that most of the ailing ones would benefit from his mobilization strategy to the ultimate benefit of the party.
The people of Shai-Osudoku were grateful to the Minority Leader for coming to energise them to work hard, night and day to garner massive votes for President Mahama and their MP/PC, Mrs Linda Ocloo in the December 7 elections.
