Dr Kwabena Duffour Biography

Dr. Kwabena Duffuor is a Ghanaian lecturer, Banker and political figure. He is a proud member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party in Ghana.

Dr. Duffuor served as the Finance Minister from 2009 to 2013 under the late President Atta Mills. He is also a former Governor of the Bank of Ghana.

He was the founder of the UniBank in Ghana but the bank collapsed and was consolidated by the Government.

In 2013, he was appointed as Finance Minister for Ghana by ex-president Atta Mills.
