Dr. Zanetor Rawlings Retains her seat as Member of Parliament for the Korle Klottey Constituency

Dr. Zanetor Rawlings has won the seat as Member of Parliament for the Korle Klottey Constituency.

The daughter of the late Former President Jerry John Rawlings, Dr. Zanetor Rawlings has won the Korle Klottey parliamentary seat again.

According to the information available to coverghana indicates that the daughter of the Late former president Jerry John Rawlings won the Korle Klottey Parliamentary seat with 39,193 votes to retain her seat as Member of Parliament for the Korle Klottey Constituency.

Dr. Zanetor Rawlings’ Political Journey

Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings first joined Politics in 2015 based on popular calls for her to represent the people of Korle Klottey Constituency in Parliament.

Her father, the former president Jerry John Rawlings has since endorsed his daughter’s decision.

She won the November 10, 2015 primaries for Korley Klottey and went ahead to win the seat in the December 7, 2016 elections.

She is currently an MP for the Klottey Korle Constituency. She serves on the Gender and Children Committee and Environment, Science and Technology Committee.
