Earth tremors strikes Accra

There has been a couple of earth tremors around some parts of the Greater Accra Region. According to some victims, the incident is believed to happened about two (2) hours ago.

The earth tremor happened twice, the first one happened around 10:00 am, and the second happened around 11:53 am.

After the incident happened, some victims have shared their experience on their social media timelines especially on Twitter. This has been rated the second trending tweet on Twitter. Some social media users are in a shocked mood whilst others argue on which part felt it more.

The earth tremor is believed to happen around some residence of Kasoa, Osu, Kokomlemle, Haatso, Ablekuma Manhean, Kaneshie, Nungua, Achimota, Adenta, Kwashiman, Circle, McCarthy Hill, Accra, New Town, Legon, Dansoman, Teshie whilst others felt it’s movement.

Currently, the people are patiently waiting for the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) to officially address the incident.
