Mrs. Jean Mensa of the Electoral Commision of Ghana says, her outfit has received a total of fourteen (14) out of sixteen (16) regional Presidential election results.
Mrs. Jean Mensa added that, seven (7) out of the fourteen (14) certified results have been certified. These include North East Region, Upper West Region, Ahafo Region, Volta Region, Bono Region, Oti region and Central Region.
EC speaks on its inability to declare Presidential election results
According the Commission, the seven certified Presidential election results released are for the information of the Public and all Stakeholders.
Addressing a press conference at the EC’s headquarters in Accra, Mrs. Jean Mensa said, Bono East Region and Northern Region Presidential results are yet to be received by the Electoral Commission.

Mr. John Dramani Mahama is currently leading with a total votes of 1,997,450 of Certified results from seven (7) Regions while President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has a total votes of 1,500,301 with second position.
