In March 2021, Abdul Fatawu Dauda got married to Faila Alhassan. He married to his long time sweetheart Failatu Alhassan.
Fatau Dauda is currently married to Falia Alhassan, a business woman and owns a fashion design hub. She also holds an MBA in Finance and works with Exim Bank.
The former Okwau United Gloves man, who saved the poles for the National Team, the Blacks Stars of Ghana in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, was nominated the goalkeeper of the year for the Ghana Premier League in 2008.
