Full list of outstanding teachers honored at the 2023 Ghana Teacher Prize

The National Teaching Council (NTC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE) and Ghana Education Service (GES) have announced the final list of outstanding teachers who were honoured at the 2023 Ghana Teacher Prize.
According to the list, a total of seven (17) outstanding teachers under different categories were honored for their contributions towards teacher education in Ghana.
The list of the exceptional teachers of the 2023 Ghana Teacher Prize awards was announced at the World Teachers Day Celebration held in Takoradi on October 5, 2023.

Recognizing remarkable contributions of teachers to education, Madam Faith Aku Dzakpasu was declared as the overall best teacher in Ghana for the 2023 Ghana Teacher Prize.
As a prize, Faith Aku Dzakpasu received a prototype of a three-bedroom apartment to be built in a location of her choice within Ghana, one million Ghana cedis worth of insurance from the State Insurance Company (SIC), and 1000 exercise books.
