GES demands for non-teaching staff details for payment of subscription allowance

The management of Ghana Education Service (GES) has informed all Regional Directors on providing list of beneficiaries for the payment of subscription allowance for GES non-teaching staff.

The AG. Director, HRMD for Director-General Ms. Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah in a letter dated 29th May, 2023 said following series of stakeholder-engagements, Fair Wages and Salaries Commission made recommendations to the Ministry of Finance for the payment of Subscription Allowance to identified non-teahing professionals within GES who are required by GES’ Scheme to maintain a professional status by possessing professional certificates for practice within the Service.

In the light of the above, Fair Wages and Salaries Commission has tasked GES to furnish the Commission with relevant data for the payment.

RELEVANT DETAILS NEEDED

The relevant data requested are to follow the format below.

5. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (TYPE)
6. PARTICULARS

• CERTIFICATE NO.
• AWARDING DATE INSTITUTION
• DATE OF ATTAINMENT

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION

The deadline for the submission of the relevant details is Wednesday 31st May, 2023.
