The opposition National Democratic Congress has issued a press release signed by the national youth organizer of the party George Opare Addo urging the public to go out and register when the Electoral Commission starts registering for the new voter’s register.
In the press release, the party said “the Supreme Court of the land gave credence to the Electoral Commission to disenfranchise numerous Ghanaians in its imminent registration exercise” and “as it stands now, the Electoral Commission will go ahead and begin its sinister agenda. As Youth of the National Democratic Congress and we must do all that is necessary to ensure that their agenda fails even if it means we are battered and bruised.”
