Ghanaians are not happy with NDC, NPP gov’ts, APC will win 2020 polls – Hassan Ayariga
The Founder and Leader of the All People’s Congress (APC) Dr. Hassan Ayariga said, Ghanaians are not happy with the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) governments. “The good people of Ghana are not happy with former government led by former president John Dramani Mahama and the current government led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.”
He assured Ghanaians that, the All People’s Congress will surely win the upcoming Presidential election against the major political parties NPP and NDC. According to Dr. Hassan Ayariga, the All People’s Congress would have won the 2016 presidential elections had it not been their disqualification from the presidential race by the Mrs. Charlotte Osei led Electoral Commission few weeks to the 2016 elections.
He recounted the frustrations the Electoral Commission took them through in 2016 by disqualifying them from contesting the elections. “Our disqualification was a technical knock out by the Electoral Commission just to allow major political parties to contest the elections. Like l said before, l told you Mrs. Charlotte Osei won’t be EC Chairperson to conduct another election, and it has happened, isn’t it?” He asked.
He argued that, they took the Electoral Commission to court and win the case against them but were disqualified the second time because, same person endorsed APC and PPP.
Speaking on PM Express of Joy News with Mr. Evans monitored by Coverghana.com.gh, Dr. Hassan Ayariga is confident that, the All People’s Congress (APC) will surely win the 2020 December polls. He further accused the media for not giving minority political parties enough opportunity and attention to discuss and promote its policies to Ghanaians.
“We are disappointed in the media, Evans, l am disappointed in you and all other media houses. When ever we invite the media to cover our programmes, they don’t come. Some will only come, take our statements and never publish it to the Ghanaian populace. I remember l called you on that but nothing was done about” He explained with much worry.
