The National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress ( NDC) Hon. Joshua Hamidu Akamba has alleged that Government under the leadership of Nana Akufo Addo is using the military to intimidate citizens during the current Electoral Commission’s registration Excerise at Elubo.
According to Joshua Akamba, he realized during a monitoring excerise that, the Government has deployed Naval ships and the military to the Elubo township in Jomoro district of the Western Region and they are preventing people from registering.

Mr. Akamba also added that, the military is preventing some citizens of Ghana from excersing their constitutional rights to register and vote in the upcoming 7th December, 2020 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
Speaking to some sympathizers of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Mr. Joshua Hamidu Akamba urged his Party members to mobilize their People to come out and register so that they can cast their votes in the December 7th Elections.
