The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu constituency, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has supported hairdressing graduands and master craftsmen in his constituency.

In the late afternoon of Sunday February 23, 2025, a delegation of Constituency Executives represented Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP & Minister of Foreign Affairs at the a special hairdressers graduation ceremony in Juapong.

Speaking on behalf of the hardworking MP for North Tongu, Mr. Dzesi Kwame Torku (North Tongu constituency Secretary) extended appreciation to the attendees for the confidence reposed in H.E John Dramani Mahama, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for giving the party its historic victory as well as the widest national Victory margin for parliamentary.

The attendees were also admonished to be expectant about the National Apprenticeship Program which the NDC will soon roll out to reduce Youth unemployment in the Constituency and country.

The revered Queen mothers from Tsikpoe (Mama Aya) & Volo (Mama Amegazo II) took turns to encourage the graduands to pursue vigorously their newly acquired skills and also challenge themselves to excel in modern hairstyling trends.

The delegation comprised; Dzesi Kwame Torku (Constituency Secretary), Jerry John Amedzro (Deputy Constituency Secretary), Abiwu Elias, (Constituency Organiser), Jerry John Nyatefe (Constituency Treasurer), Lorlorli Tekpor (Deputy Constituency Treasurer), Beatrice Ahoto, (Deputy Women Organiser), Beauty Kwao (Constituency Executive Member), and Kumah Quarshie (Former Deputy Youth Organizer).

The event was fused with unique tunes of cultural music and dancing performances.
