Hon. Kobena Mensah Woyome has led a delegation to announce the sudden death & burial date for Samuel Sotamah to the United Cadres Front.

On 16th November, 2022, the Member of Parliament led a delegation from his beloved South Tongu Constituency, United Cadres Front (UCF) Executives and the Family of Sotamah to officially announce the death and the burial date of the late South Tongu Chairman of the United Cadres Front Mr. Samuel Sotamah popularly known as Gascony to the National United Cadres Front in Accra.

The South Tongu Chairman of the United Cadres Front Mr. Samuel Sotamah was reported dead on 2nd October, 2022 after a short illness.

Mr. Samuel Sotamah left behind three children and a widow. The children are, Noble Sotamah, Vivian Sotamah and Michael Sotamah. The deceased widow is Victoria Sotamah.

Speaking at the meeting, the South Tongu MP said, the deceased Mr. Samuel Sotamah was a hardworking member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him, it is a great loss for the party and they (NDC) mourn his sudden death with the families and friends.

In attendance of the executives include; Mr Oscar K. K Ahedor (the Secretary), Mr John Akpalu (Deputy Secretary), Mr Asigeh (Organizer), Madam Awuku Celestine (Women Organizer), Mr Elorm Julius Dzinyela (Young Cadre Representative of the UCF, South Tongu NDC Constituency Executive’s member) and the family represented by Vivian Sotamah and Valentina Sotamah.

Funeral Arrangements Samuel Sotamah (Gascony)

On Friday, 2nd December, 2022, the body will be collected from the Sogakope District Hospital to the deceased residence for few hours and then proceed to the Family House at Sokpoe for wake keeping.

On Saturday, 3rd December, 2022, there shall be a memorial service at Fodzefeme (Family House at Sokpoe) and burial at Sokpoe public cemetery by Agakpe Regiment Ministry and Light House Chapel International.

On Sunday, 4th December, 2022, there shall be Thanksgiving Service at Light House Chapel International at Sogakope and Borborbor Service at the deceased family house at Sokpoe.
