How to check GES promotions and print promotion letter

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced detailed procedures on how to check its promotions status and printing of promotion letter.

According to the Service, any staff of GES who sat for promotion examination/aptitude test or attend GES interview for promotion can follow the steps below to check promotion status and print promotion letter.

STEPS TO CHECK GES PROMOTIONS AND HOW TO PRINT PROMOTION LETTER

1. All qualified staff must visit the Ghana Education Service (GES) online promotion portal via https://gespromotions.gov.gh

2. Navigate to the Homepage

3. Click on E-Voucher Card and Select Promotions

4. Enter Staff ID to confirm Staff’s promotion

5. Fill in the appropriate details for payment

6. Proceed to the Promotions Result Page and select your Staff Type, enter your Staff ID and E-Voucher number to view and print your promotion letter.
