NDC NOMINATION FORMS 2022
The Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at its meting on the 6th of September, 2022 approved the time table for the conduct of constituency elections.
The sixteen (16) Regional Secretariat of the party were directed to ensure that, decision and plan towards the conduct of a free, fair and transparent Constituency Elections in the region are strictly adhered.
The Functional Executive Committee (FEC) also instructed the Regional Leadership to take note that the constituency elections will be held in two phases. These are;
1. Phase one, which started from
from the 15th to 17th September, 2022 This phase is for constituencies with sitting MPs only.
2. Phase two comes off from the 22nd to 23rd October, 2022. This is for orphaned constituencies.
Attached is a copy of the time table for your perusal.
TIME TABLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF CONSTITUENCY ELECTIONS
COST OF NDC NOMINATION FORM AND FILING FEES 2022
1. Chairman – GH¢ 600.00
2. Vice Chairman – GH¢ 500.00
3. Secretary – GH¢ 500.00
4. Organiser – GH¢ 400.00
5. Treasurer – GH¢ 400.00
6. Communications Officer – GH¢ 400.00
7. Youth/Women Organisers – GH¢ 350.00
8. Zongo Caucus Co-ordinator – GH¢ 350.00
9. All Deputies/Other Youth Representative – GH¢ 300.00
10. Eight (8) Executive Members – GH¢ 200.
MODE OF PAYMENTS
All aspirants/Branches are to click and pay their filing fees through this platform by quoting the reference number on their forms. According to the leadership, the NDC accepts Card and Momo transaction.
Payment of all nomination form fees and Filing fees shall be via
www.ghanandc.com and/or dial *920*25#
HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND FILL THE NOMINATIONS FORMS
1. Go to www.ghanandc.com
2. Click on file your nominations
3. Select Constituency
4. Pay your nomination form
5. Click on form A
6. Fill FORM A online.
7. Fill personal details of applicant
8. Proposes name and details
9. Seconders names and details
10. You can go ahead to pay your filing fee or save what has been done to pay your filing fee later.
11. Confirmation will be sent to the applicant when the filling fee is paid.
12. Print form A in triplicate
13. Click on FORM B
14. Download Form B and print in triplicate and fill all three.
15. Get the forms endorsed and signed. NO PHOTOCOPY
16. Print Form A and add the endorsed Form B and submit it to the Electoral Committee.
