Ian David Karslake Watkins is a native of Wales who was found guilty of committing felonies involving child sex. He is a musician and singer-songwriter, among other things. In particular, he served as the lead singer and lyricist for the rock band Lostprophets.

Ian David Karslake Watkins was given a 29-year prison term in 2013 for a number of sexual offenses, which regrettably included the assault of newborns and young children. After he was discovered to have a cell phone while incarcerated, this sentence was later extended by ten months.
