If you vote for Bawumia it means you don’t love yourself and Ghana; he has no fresh ideas to offer -Rex Omar

The legendary Ghanaian Highlife musician, Rex Omar reflects on the works done under the leadership of President Nana Akufo-Addo-led government and gives a clear cut for Dr. Mahamudu Bamumia saying voting for him (Dr. Bawumia) means putting yourself and Ghana at risk.

“If you vote for such a person then it means you don’t have good intentions for this country and it shows you don’t love yourself and your family,” Rex Omar dishes out.

According to Rex Omar, Dr. Mahamudu Bamumia and his “Boss” H.E Nana Akufo-Addo led the country for 8 years (two conservative terms) without adding any significant value to the economy therefore if he, Dr. Mahamudu Bamumia is saying today that Ghanaians should vote for him, he strongly believes that no fresh ideas will come from the “old-new” NPP candidate the party is presenting for the 2024 general election.

Voting for Dr. Bawumia signifies that the voters do not want progress in their lives and that of the Ghanaian economy, according to Rex.

Someone that has governed this country with Akufo-Addo for over 7 to 8 years ago and all the things he said he couldn’t achieve any of them. Bawumia is now saying that we should vote for him to become the president of this country because he has got his ideas.

If you vote for such a person then it means you don’t have good intentions for this country and it shows you don’t love yourself and your family.

The legend during the interview also recalled the “Thank you” tour the 2024 flag bearer for NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia held at Nalerigu where he spoke badly against John Dramani Mahama’s 24-hour economy policy.

“John Mahama is going round the whole country and promising everything to everybody. It is as if he has never been president of this country before. It is as if he has just landed from Mars.

“When he was president, did he create jobs, Did he tackle corruption, Did he issue the Ghana card, Did he bring mobile money interoperability, did he bring the Ghana property address system, did he bring the Zongo Development Fund, did he bring the teacher training allowance, did he bring free WiFi to schools, did he bring paperless ports, did he bring gold for oil, did he bring Free SHS?”

These and many others were the shared words of Dr. Bawumia on his “Thank you” tour instead of briefing the attendees on his economic policy ahead of the 2024 general election.
