The Education Ghana team has announced that they will now be accepting submissions from teachers for free publication.

This initiative by Education Ghana aims to showcase the remarkable work being done by teachers in various aspects of their profession including classroom instruction, innovative teaching methods, and teacher-led activities. By sharing these accomplishments, they aim to provide the public with valuable insights into the dedication and expertise of teachers across the country.

What You Need to Do/ Where to submit and needed details

The team calls on teachers to submit their work to them via email at Education.ghana@yahoo.com. You are to include a brief profile of yourself as a teacher, a descriptive text outlining your activities, and any relevant pictures or videos.

Submission by teachers in tertiary institutions

For teachers in tertiary institutions, kindly update the Education Ghana team on your new research publications, seminars, and professional development workshops. Service providers are also encouraged to share updates on the success of their CPD workshops.

What is the role of Education Ghana?

At Education Ghana, they will publish your work on various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and their website, EducationGhana.org.
They also feature weekly updates highlighting the exceptional work being done by teachers in Ghana.
In the case of research publications, they will provide critiques and discuss the impact of the work on local communities, policy decisions, and potential future research.
They also promote seminars and professional development events organized by teachers and service providers.

Benefit for Teachers

By having your work published, the author will have the opportunity to showcase their achievements and enhance their personal brand to a wider audience.
Organizations such as the National Teaching Council, the Ghana Education Service, and Grant Bulmuo and his team can also utilize these publications during award ceremonies to honour teachers and other educational professionals.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to both teaching and non-teaching staff members of the Ghana Education Service, as well as teaching and non-teaching staff members of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS).

Staff members of:

Colleges of Education, nursing training colleges, technical universities, general universities, and other recognized educational institutions across the country are also included.
