A Multimedia Groups journalist at Joy Prime Sports deck Gary Al-Smith says, state owned institutions, private Institutions including persons who took on former President John Dramani Mahama’s government on for abysmal performance have suddenly turn a deathear on happenings in President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government.

According to Gary Al-Smith, there is no doubt about the fact that many institutions that put the 2020 Presidential Candidate’s government on its toes in the past have taken a significant backseat in this current New Patriotic Party (NPP) government of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

He shockingly disclosed that, especially those of them in the media have remained silence on critical issues in the ruling govermment. “The kind of heat we, collectively, gave the Mahama government is not what we are doing for the Akufo-Addo government at all. The clergy, same, Civil society, same.” He explained.

Gary Al-Smith further said, there are legitimate fears among these groups about being silenced through communist tactics, and through a seeming governmental will to chase down those who speak against it. “We are all the poorer for it.” He said.
