Jasikan College of Education graduates 13 First-Class Students with Zero Pass

Jasikan College of Education (JASICO) graduated thirteen (13) students with First-Class Honors and zero (0) pass at its 15th graduation ceremony. The 2023 graduating class were admitted in 2019 as the second batch of the introduced Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme across all 46 accredited Colleges of Education (CoE).

The event took place at the college’s auditorium on November 30, 2024, with the theme “Finding Your Career Path through Teacher Education: The Responsibility of the Student Teacher.”

In attendence was Sir Prof. Dr. Dr. Jerryson Ameworgbe Gidisu, founder of Kings and Queens Teaching Hospital, located at Akuse Junction invited as the guest speaker for the event to share words of encouragement and more with the newly graduated facilitators (teachers).

JASICO, known for training top-tier teachers in Ghana graduated 359 trained teachers in the at its 15th Graduation ceremony (2023 Batch). Out of these graduands, 13 received First-Class Honors, 162 received Second-Class Upper Honors, 150 received Second-Class Lower Honors, 34 received Third-Class Honors, and zero (0) received Pass.
