John Dumelo Reveals the first thing he would do when he becomes Member of Parliament

Renowned actress turned Politician John Dumelo has revealed the first thing he would push for if he is Elected Member of Parliament.

John Dumelo who is the Parliamentary candidate for the position National Democratic Congress for the Ayawaso west Wuogon constituency revealed that the first thing he will do is to push for the enforcement of the rent control act when he becomes Member of Parliament.

According to the Actor, paying a rent advance of two years and above is very difficult for Citizens especially the Youth of the country and that when he becomes Member of Parliament, he will ensure that the rent control Act which only allows for the rent advance payment of up to only six months is Enforced.

In a tweet, Actor John Dumelo wrote;

One of the first things I will do when I
get to parliament is to push for the
enforcement of the rent control act.
We need to pay at most 6 months rent advance. How can we(youth
esp) survive in an economy where
we have to pay 2 years rent upfront?
