The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Honourable Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has rubbished the claims that, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has ended the power outages popularly referred to us ‘dumsor’ in Ghana.

Speaking at the 2020 manifesto launch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Elder Samuel Ofosu Ampofo said, former President John Dramani Mahama’s administration ended “dumsor” before leaving office in January, 2017 and not that of Present Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government.
Samuel Ofosu Ampofo reiterated that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led New Patriotic Party (NPP) has not ended “dumsor” as publicly said by the NPP government officials to score political point ahead of the December 2020 polls.
