Just In: South Tongu records 7 new Covid-19 cases
The South Tongu District in the Volta Region has recorded seven (7) new Coronavirus cases.
According to the South Tongu District Directorate who doubles as the Chairman of Public Health Emergency Preparedness Committee, seven (7) new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed out of forty (40) persons whose samples were collected and sent to the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) COVID-19 testing center in Ho.

Announcing the information, the District Chief Executive of South Tongu District Assembly, Emmanuel Louis Agama said, the cases were recorded after running a test for 40 suspected persons in Ho.
Emmanuel Louis Agama has therefore appealed to the people of South Tongu to practice Covid-19 safety protocols and avoid getting infected.
