The management of the Teachers’ Fund (TF) has sent vital notice to all its members about payment into the Fund’s account, new loan application, and a new portal for contribution increment.
The notice has been communicated under three (3) varied headlines
Below are the issued notice
PAYMENTS BY MEMBERS INTO TEACHERS’ FUND BANK ACCOUNTS
We wish to remind members that, any person who directly deposit monies or cheques into the Fund’s designated Bank Accounts for any transaction will be required to observe the following:
1. Write his/her staff number on the deposit slip beside the name, for easy identification.
2. Notify the Fund Secretariat about the deposit by sending a copy of the bank deposit slip and the settlement quotation (for loans) through the designated WhatsApp number 0509331260. This will enable the Fund to promptly update its records. Members should insist on their receipts through the same medium.

NEW LOAN APPLICATION FORMS
We respectfully write to inform you that in view of the changes in the loan requirements, Members, District GNAT Secretaries, and all Stakeholders are to take note of the following:
1. Effective 1st February 2024, members applying for loan facilities under the existing loan products, will be required to use the newly introduced Loan Application Forms.
2. The existing Loan Application Forms will no longer be accepted.

3. The new Loan Application Forms would be available for use at District GNAT Secretariats before the 1st of February 2024.
4. District GNAT Secretaries are to return all old loan booklets in their custody to the Fund Secretariat for accounting purposes by 29th February 2024.

NEW PORTAL FOR CONTRIBUTION INCREMENT
The Fund has developed a portal to enable members who desire to increase their membership contributions to do so.
By the second week of February 2024, this platform will be made accessible to members through a link which will be shared via SMS. Members would be required to simply click on the link and follow through to effect their contribution increments.
