A Presidential Aspirant of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Dr. Kwabena Duffour has filed an interlocutory injunction against the party’s Presidential and Parliamentary slated for Saturday, 13th May, 2023 across the country.
Dr. Kwabena Duffour sought from the court to restrain the party from holding the primary elections pending the production of a complete and accurate photo album register and delivery of same to him and other Presidential aspirants of the National Democratic Congress at least five weeks ahead of the election.
