Kweku Flick, a popular rapper and hip-hop artist, recently spoke about his experience attending several senior high schools in a short period of three years.

During an interview on TV3 New Day, the artist, known for his hit songs such as Ewiase, Black Stars, and Money, revealed that his passion for music led him to transfer from one school to another.

Kweku Flick, who is 22 years old, began his high school journey at Kumasi Senior High School but quickly realized that his love for music was pulling him in different directions.

He explained that he attended Tweneboah Kodua, Osei-Tutu, and eventually ended up at Saint Hubert Seminary. He was quick to emphasize that his frequent school changes were not due to stubbornness or unruliness but rather because of his passion for music.

During his time at Saint Hubert’s, he met a friend who was already involved in music. This introduction led him to explore his own musical talents and eventually connect with a sound engineer.

However, Flick shared that his newfound interest in music did not sit well with the authorities at Saint Hubert’s, and he faced disciplinary actions as a result.

“They didn’t like it that I was into music, so I was sent to the disciplinary committee, and that was the reason why I left for the next school,” he added.

Despite the challenges he faced, Kweku Flick believes that his journey through multiple schools was guided by the will of God. He is currently out with a new club banger, Rastaman, and continues to pursue his passion for music.
