List of Beneficiaries for payment of subscription allowance in GES -Fair Wages and Salary Commission
The management of Ghana Education Service (GES) has tasked all Regional Directors to provide the list of all beneficiaries for the payment of subscription allowance for GES non-teaching staff.
According to the letter released by AG. Director, HRMD for Director-General Ms. Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah, she disclosed that following a series of stakeholder engagements, the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission has recommended the list of all beneficiaries for the subscription allowance.
She added that the Ministry of Finance will pick up the list for the payment of Subscription Allowance to the identified non-teaching professionals within GES who are required by the GES’ Scheme to maintain a professional status by possessing professional certificates for practice within the Service.
Based on the outcome of the series of engagements, the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) has directed GES to provide the Commission with relevant data for the payment of the Non-teaching subscription allowance.

The letter released stated that the deadline for the submission of the relevant details is Wednesday 31st May, 2023.
