List of needed attachment documents for GES Transfer/Reposting processing

The Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) of Ghana Education Service (GES) has listed the needed attachment documents for GES Transfer/Reposting processing.

In accordance with GES’s 2024/2025 Inter-Regional and Inter/Intra District Transfers/Repostings release, GES Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) has issued a notice stating the relevant attaching documents to Assurance letters before submission.

According to the HRMD, all Assurances/Releases MUST have the following attachments:

1. Personal Application Letter
2. First Appointment Letter
3. Last Promotion Letter
4. Bank Clearance Letter
5. Certificates (Photocopy)
6. Current Payslip
7. Personal Record Form
8. Recommendation Letter From District/Director/Headmaster

NB: All letters and attachments should be three copies (two copies to the Region)
