He earned a B. A Hons. from the University of Cape Coast.
Torgbuiga Dzoku V continued his education at the same institution where he pursued a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development. Due to his unwavering dedication, he was selected for a critical mission as part of the United Nations Peacekeeping Operations in Darfur, Sudan, between 2007 and 2009, where he served as an Operations Commander.

Torgbuiga’s strategic insight and situational report played a pivotal role in restoring order during a tumultuous period.
Back in Ghana, Torgbuiga leveraged his experience to resolve a protracted chieftaincy crisis in James Town, Accra, leading to the restoration of peace.
In the Akuapem Akropong Traditional Area, he implemented effective security strategies, resulting in peace being reinstated in the region. Torgbuiga’s dedication and contributions earned him the admiration of the Ghana Police Service, culminating in his immediate enstoolment as chief following his retirement this year.
AFTER ASSUMING LEADERSHIP OF DZOKU STOOL
After assuming the leadership of the Dzoku stool, he championed unity in his traditional area, intending to drive socio-economic development in Dzodze.
He initiated a committee to formulate a plan for:
- Educational Trust Fund aimed at promoting Girl-child Education,
- Healthcare,
- Environmental conservation,
- Reforestation,
- and the development of the cottage pottery industry in Kuli
He also worked tremendously for the success of the cultivation of Palm Oil in the Dzodze Traditional Area.
