The Chairperson of the National Commission for Civic Education, madam Josephine Nkrumah has resigned.

In a resignation letter written by Josephine Nkrumah to the Commission Members and staff said, her her resignation as Chairperson of NCCE is effective 30th April, 2022.

She noted that, it has been an honour to serve Ghana through this Commission as Deputy Chairperson from April 1, 2015 to December 19, 2016 and Chairperson from December 20, 2016 to date.

Josephine Nkrumah thanks each and every one of the Commission for their cooperation and support during her service to the country as Chairperson.

She explained that, it has It has been an honour and a pleasure working with her staff.

“In the next few weeks, I will furnish you with handing over notes during this time of transition. Do accept the assurance of my highest regards.” She said.
