NDC is so bereft of ideas – Gabby Otchere-Darko

Private legal Practitioner and a stunch member of the New Patriotic Party, Lawyer Gabby Otchere-Darko says the opposition National Democratic Congress is bereft of ideas.

Gabby Otchere-Darko made these comments in reaction to the press conference organized by the National Democratic Congress on the Agyapa Mineral Royalties deal during which Lawyer Gabby Otchere-Darko’s name was mentioned as one of the persons who illegally received payments in the Agyapa Mineral Royalties.

Lawyer Gabby Otchere-Darko in his statement indicated that the opposition National Democratic Congress is so bereft of ideas and a message and because of that they think focusing on the Agyapa Mineral Royalties deal is what might save their featureless campaign.

Gabby Otchere-Darko whose law firm, African Legal Associates participated in the Agyapa Mineral Royalties transaction also questioned why the NDC should demonstrate if they are sure of winning the 2020 general election with majority in Parliament to cancel the agreement since President Nana Akufo Addo says the transaction shouldn’t proceed until elections are over.

In a tweet, Gabby Otchere-Darko wrote:

“NDC is so bereft of ideas and a message that they think focusing on Agyapa is what might save their featureless campaign. Ghanaians mo nsempa! Why demonstrate now if you’re sure to win 2020 with majority in Parliament to cancel it? President says no move until elections are over“
