NDC takes visibility drive to Battor market and engages drivers and traders

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has taken its visibility drive to the Battor market in the Volta Region and engaged with drivers and traders in the area.
The team, comprising communication officers, organizers, and youth organizers, distributed stickers bearing the image of former President John Dramani Mahama and his 24-hour policy initiatives. The drivers, who expressed dissatisfaction with the current economic situation, appealed to the NDC for support.

As part of the Volta Regional Communication outfit’s visibility drive in the 18 constituencies of the region, together with the branch Communications officers, organizers, youth organizers etc, in the Battor Dugame ward, visited the Battor market lorry station to distribute HE John Dramani Mahama’s 24 Hour Policy stickers to drivers. The team assisted the drivers in affixing the stickers to their vehicles, including the Mahama Can Do motorcycles.
During the engagement, the drivers expressed their discontent with the current economic situation, citing high fuel costs and the inability to maintain their vehicles due to expensive spare parts. They appeared disenchanted with the current government led by President Nana Addo and Bawumia.
The drivers requested support from the NDC in the form of horns and machinery to aid information dissemination in the market. The team will continue their visibility drive at the Juapong market in the coming days
