NDC wishes 2020 WASSCE Candidates best of luck in their examinations

As students in Senior High Schools begin the West African Secondary School Examinations (WASSCE) today, the Youth Wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) wishes all students the best of luck as they sit for this important test in furtherance of their education.

In press statement issued by the National Youth Organizer of the opposition NDC George Opare Addo noted that, “Indeed we are minded of the many challenges surrounding this year’s WASSCE Examinations; the infection of students in some senior high schools, lack of PPEs for schools and the misleading commentary from government functionaries on issues surrounding the Examinations.”

The challenges notwithstanding, we encourage our young men and women to remain resolute and steadfast as they give good account of themselves. We know these are not ordinary times and you are constrained by time and the many uncertainties.

We are also minded of the attempt by Government to wager the education of this year’s candidates with petty politics. We entreat our dear brothers and sisters to ignore the sheninagans of politics and focus on their preparations.

The NDC offers its full support; we are optimistic that you will come up tops in this Examinations. As a youth focused political organization, we will be monitoring the exercise from a distance and be of assistance to you all.

Well done and receive our best wishes.
