The Electoral Commission of Ghana begun the new voter’s registration exercise at all poling stations across the country on Tuesday, 30th June 2020 and intends to to end on Thursday, 6th August 2020.

As the registration kick started in this raining season, many citizens are turning out in their numbers to get themselves registered.

However, evidence available shows that the Electoral Commission has not provided enough shelter and seats at the all the registration centres across the country which is causing a lot of problems at the various Polling stations across the country.

A latest video sighted by coverghana shows how some residents of Dansoman in Accra defied the heavy rains to get their names onto the new voter’s register which will enable them to cast their votes in the upcoming 7th December, 2020 election.
