Social media critic and blogger, Albert Nat Hyde popularly known as Bongo Ideas has called out Nana Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the king of Asanteman saying he is a typical authoritarian African leader over his issues with the Oyerepa Radio station in Kumasi.
According to Bongo Ideas, even though Nana Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has failed the people of Kumasi, he hates to be told, criticized or questioned and that makes him an authoritative African leader.
Bongo Ideas also suggested that Nana Otumfuo Osei Tutu II needs to direct his attention and energy towards the development of his area rather than going after people who question his leadership.
He said “ Otumfuor is a typical authoritarian African leader. Despite his failures , he hates being called out, criticised or questioned. His poor area needs transformation and better leadership, not the chasing of critics (Oyerepa FM).”
The controversial Bongo Ideas ended his statement by saying that Otumfuor is an egoistic king who has offered his people nothing.
