Parliament approves over 74 million Euros for Tarkwa Water Project

The Parliament of Ghana has approved over 74 million Euros for the Tarkwa Water Project.
According to the Member of Parliament for Tarkwa Nsuaem Honourable George Meriku Duker, he joins the Parliamentary Select Committee on Finance as Parliament approves Seventy-Four Million, One-Hundred and Forty-Five Thousand, Five Hundred Euros (€ 74,145,500.00) for the Tarkwa Water Supply Project.
Parliament approves agreement to construct bridge over Afram River
George Meriku Duker explained that, the Project is expected to be completed in 36 months when started.
He said, the project when completed, will supply portable water to Bonsa, Bankyem, Charliekrom, Efuanta, Kwabedu, Mantrem, Agona Wassa, Nsuta, Tamso, Fanti Mines, Senyaekurase, Akyempim, Simpa, Dompim-Pepesa, Brofoyedru, Atoabo, UMaT and others.
Parliament approves Budgetary Allocations for Ministry of Transport
The MP indicated that, this is great news for his constitutents as he keep striving for development.
He also expressed his constituents appreciation to H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for granting this important plea he made on behalf of his People.
