PRESEC Legon wins NSMQ 2023

The Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC Legon) has emerged winners of the 2023 edition of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) contests held on Monday, 30th October, 2023.

They have defeated the Opoku Ware  School and Achimota School in a keenly contested finals.

Each of the finalists from the three (3) schools presented two (2) contestants each who showed their intellectual prowess to win the coveted trophy.

PRESEC Legon who has won the competition for seven times has defeated its opponents to win the NSMQ for the 8th times.

As determined as they were, the boys from PRESEC Legon were able to win this year’s contest.

The students and supporters immediately erupted with thunderous singing of the school’s anthem to the delight of all present.

The Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC Legon) is the only school to have won the NSMQ contest back-to-back twice.
