Mr. Kofi Adams, the former aide to the late former president Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings disclosed that, he was in the process of writing a book before his sadden death.

Speaking in an interview with Evans Mensah of Joy News monitored by Coverghana.com.gh, the former National organizer of the National Democratic Congress Mr. Kofi Adams added that, processes were underway including recording for the late former president to unviel his book.

Adding further, he indicated that, nothing will stop them from unvieling the book the former president wanted to write.

The sadden demise of Jerry John Rawlings, according to Mr. Kofi Adams is a big blow to him, the  National Democratic Congress and the Ghana at large.

The Buem National Democratic Congress Parliamentary Candidates is very worried about Rawlings death.

The Former Preaident and Founder of the National Democratic Congress died after a short illness at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra around 10:10am on Thursday, 12th November, 2020.

Jerry John Rawlings was admitted at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital while receiving treatment before his sadden demise.

President Rawlings was the Chairman of the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council (AFRC), became Chairman of the Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC) in 1981, founded the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and was the first President of the Fourth Republic.

His fight for social justice and the principles of probity and accountability led to major interventions that among others ended coup d’etats in Ghana. He is the Founder of our 4th Republic, which remains easily, the longest period of stable, democratic governance in the history of our beloved country, Ghana.
