The Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi and six other passengers have filed a formal complaint against Delta Air Lines.
According to the report available to Coverghana.com.gh, Sammy Gyamfi including five (5) other Ghananians and two (2) Americans have filed the complaint with the Office of Aviation Consumer Protection in the United States of America against Delta Air Lines.

The seven complainants are: Michael Ashong – American (1st complainant), Elvis Kessey – a Ghanaian (2nd complainants), Anne Sansa Dely – a Ghanaian (3rd complainant) Andy Andrews Ganah – a Ghanaian (4th complainant), Samuel Gyamfi – A Ghanaian (5th complainant), Bobby Banson – a Ghanaian (6th complianant) and Dieudonne Banso – an American (7th complainant).
The complaint was filed against Delta Air Lines Inc. (DELTA) for flight delay and rescheduling, unsafe flight practice, bad passenger service and discrimination.
