Samia Suluhu Hassan educational background

Samia Suluhu Hassan, the first female Vice President and President of Tanzania  is a Tanzanian politician. Suluhu is the 6th President of Tanzania.

She has been in office as President since 2021. She belongs to the Social democrat, Chama Cha Mapinduzi political party.

Suluhu is the third female head of Government in an East African country and the first ever female President of Tanzania.

Samia Suluhu Hassan holds an Advanced Diploma (Adv Dip) from the Mzumbe University in Tanzania.

She had her post graduate education in Economics at the University of Manchester.

She also holds an MSc In community Economic Development from the Open University of Tanzania.
