Kamaldeen Sulemana, a Ghanaian star, has been signed by Southampton from Rennes. The 20-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal that will keep him with the Premier League team through the year 2027.

Sulemana moved from Nordsjaelland to Rennes in 2021, and this season he has appeared in 20 games, scoring one goal and two assists.

The purchase price exceeds the £20 million Southampton forked over to get Danny Ings from Liverpool in 2019. Sulemana made three appearances in the World Cup in Qatar and set the record for the fastest player there with a top speed of 35.7 kph.

Another fantastic addition for us this month is this. Manager Nathan Jones stated, “We have been wanting to add some additional potency to the team, and Kamaldeen certainly does that for us.

Sulemana claims that he is eager to play competitive football after joining the Premier League. He is eager to offer Southampton and the supporters his all.
