Stonebwoy is a global superstar – Daniel McKorley
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of McDan Group of Companies, Dr. Daniel McKorley has described the Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall Icon, Stonebwoy as a global superstar.
This heaped praise from Dr. McKorley came after Stonebwoy’s much-anticipating BHIM Concert held yesterday, 22nd December 2023 at Accra Sports Stadium.
The concert is an annual show birthed by Stonebwoy and running marking its seventh (7th) this year, 2023.
Stonebwoy through this concert connects Africa with the Caribbean through culture, music, and many other healthy relationships that can build the entertainment industry among other sectors not excluding tourism.
This year’s concert was headlined by two heavy-weight Reggae/Dancehall artistes from Jamaica, Jahmiel and 10tikz.
The venue selected for the concert is a seating 40,000 capacity sports stadium. However, due to the programme outline and massive support from media houses and the diasporas back to the motherland for Christmas, the venue has been reported from trusted sources to hold more than the seating capacity of the stadium.
Dr. McKorley finding it difficult to keep his view of Stonebwoy’s success of the night poured that
“After what you did at the Accra Sports Stadium last night, I can say without reservation that you’re a global superstar, Stonebwoy.
“You had to entertain over 35,000 music lovers in a packed, sold-out concert and you excelled with your flawless stage craft, powerful voice, command of the stage, and your connection to the audience.
“You went the extra mile, and I can’t wait to see how your music, and the message in it, positively impacts the world.
“Whatever support you need from me to take on the world, I’m ready to give it all to you.”
