Stop championing skirt and blouse in Volta Region; We need votes for Akufo-Addo – South Tongu DCE
South Tongu DCE, Mr. Emmanuel Louis Agama
The District Chief Executive for the South Tongu District Assembly, Mr. Emmanuel Louis Agama has served a word of caution to individuals championing anything skirt and blouse in the Volta Region ahead of the December 2020 polls.
It’s unclear whether the South Tongu District Chief Executive was referring to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidates in the Volta Region or NDC Parliamentary Candidates. But, some individuals believe that, his comment was directed to some NPP Parliamentary Candidates who are only projecting themselves without campaigning for the flagbearer of the party His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in the Volta Region.
Though, the DCE was not specific on the personalities being projected as skirt and blouse in the region, some rather believe he might have been making reference to his political opponents especially some Volta Members of Parliament belonging to the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
According to Mr. Emmanuel Louis Agama, nobody should be mislead to cast his or her vote on empty promises by the National Democratic Congress.
