A stuanch supporter of the New Patriotic Party government known as Sir-Obama Pokuase has outlined some ten (10) critical questions to Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa to answer following his resignation from Parliament’s Appointments Committee.

His questions surfaced on social media following the aftermath of the disquiet and misgivings that characterized the approval of the Ministerial nominees of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo”

According to Sir-Obama Pokuase, the populace resignation letter which has caused mixed reaction in the media must be treated with a pinch of salt as it lacks candour.

Ablakwa’s resignation lacks candour; It’s an attempt to incite grassroots against Minority leadership

“Considering the chronology of events in the NDC leading to Ablakwa’s resignation, one can safely conclude that this only geared towards the incitement of NDC footsoldiers against the Haruna Iddrisu-led Minority Caucus.” He explained.

In a statement, he said;

1. Why didn’t he, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa consult the Minority leader, Haruna Iddrisu before resigning as a Member of the Appointments Committee of Parliament?

2. Why didn’t he consult the Minority Caucus of Parliament before resigning?

3. Why didn’t he consult the Volta Caucus of the NDC before resigning?

7. Where was his so called principles when he joined the Minority Caucus to pass Hon. Ayorkor Botchwey by consensus after accusing her of profligate expenditure on the acquisition of a property in Oslo, Norway to be used as Ghana’s Chancery?

8. Why didn’t he vote against the Foreign Affairs Minister nominee (Ayorkor) when he had the opportunity?

9. Why is he still hanging on to other Committees of Parliament?

10. Why is he not resigning as a Member of Parliament? Where are the PRINCIPLES?
