Managing Director of Omni Media Company Limited Mr. Samuel Attah-Mensah popularly called sammens has taken a jab at the Government of Ghana’s agency responsible for the licensing of media houses and organizations, the National Media Commission,NMC.
In a tweet, Mr. Samuel Attah-Mensah indicated that as a nation, we must take a second look at the institution in charge of licensing of media houses in the country.

Earlier this month, the National Media Commission has been in the news as the board chairman of he commission Mr. Kwaku Addo Sakyi-Addo joined a newly established Asaase 99.5 Radio which was licensed under his supervision as a show host.
Accord ing to Mr. Samuel Attah-Mensah, what is happening in the media space in Ghana is scary and we need to take a second look at the National Media Commission and it’s laws because the commission in it’s current state is ma”toothless bulldog” and cannot bite.
