I’m unaware of any intimidation and attack at voter’s registration centres – Akufo-Addo

Even as we want to treat the nonsensical information with the contempt it deserves, we wish to state categorically that our checks have revealed this information is not true, but only a cheap opposition propaganda, or a figment of some people’s imagination being orchestrated and spread by a desperate opposition to create unnecessary fear and panic amongst our people and cause disaffection for the government and also to portray the security Services in a poor light.

We wish to condemn this trend of Politics which has the potential to undermine the security and stability of our Country, particularly the peace and security of the border communities.

We are by this release calling on the general public to disregard this information and stay calm but vigilant and look out for elements who might want to take advantage of the situation to foment trouble and report same to the security agencies.
