Time limits for the completion of degree programmes at UCC

The time limits for the completion of degree programmes at the University of Cape Coast are as follows:

1. Six-year programme: Minimum of 6 years, maximum of 8 years

2. Four-year programme: Minimum of 4 years, maximum of 6 years

3. Three-year programme: Minimum of 3 years, maximum of 5 years

4. Two-year programme: Minimum of 2 years, maximum of 4 years

A student who is unable to complete the degree programme within the stipulated time limit shall be withdrawn by the University.

The University reserves the right to make curriculum changes ( and/or delete courses) and require the student to meet the new course requirements, but as a rule, the student will be required to follow the curriculum in force at the time he/she was admitted to the University.
