Trainee Nurses and Midwives across the country begin protest against Government over unpaid allowances

Students in Nurses Training and midwifery colleges accross the country have begin a protest against Government over unpaid allowances.
According to them, the Government of Ghana under the leadership of President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo over the past months have not paid them their monthly allowance.
The students further indicated that, they are finding it very difficult to pay their fees, feed and also pay for their clinicals.
These students are therefore calling on President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the Ministry of Health to put measures in place to pay them their allowances promptly so as to reduce their sufferings.
