UDS Sandwich-College graduates express disappointment over delay in Certificate Issuance

The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of the University for Development Studies, thus the Dambai College of Education hierarchy graduates, has expressed disappointment and frustration over the delay in issuing certificates to students who completed the 2022/2023 academic year (the graduates).
The SRC President, in an official release dated January 12, 2025, disclosed that despite numerous inquiries, they (the students) are yet to receive their certificates or a clear update on the status of their issuance.
The SRC led by Richard Opoku has urged the university to look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to facilitate the issuance of the certificates. They have requested an emergency update on the status of the certificates and an estimated date for issuance within a week.
The release also added that failure to receive a satisfactory response from the University may lead to further action, including a press conference and potential legal action.

OVERDUE CERTIFICATES FOR SANDWICH-COLLEGES PROGRAM COMPLETED IN 2023
We are writing to bring to your attention the delay in issuing our certificates for the Sandwich-colleges program we enrolled in and completed with your Institution, the University for Development Studies, for the 2022 2023 academic year. It has been several months since we finished the course, and despite numerous inquiries from the center, thus Dambai College of Education hierarchy, we have not yet received our certificates or tangible information.
We kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to facilitate the issuance of our certificates. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with an emergency update on the status of our certificates and an estimated date for their issuance within the week.
If we do not receive a satisfactory response within the week, we will be forced to explore other options, including organizing a press conference and possibly seeking legal action.
